1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bd91 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the bd91 website at bd91.club, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and customer support functions available therein.

bd91 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. All services are provided exclusively to players who are physically located in Bangladesh or who are Bangladeshi nationals accessing the platform, and who meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with the bd91 Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) and the Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming), both of which form part of the contractual relationship between the Player and bd91.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

bd91 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bd91 will notify registered players via email to the address on file and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of bd91 services following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using bd91 services immediately and request account closure as described in Section 7.

1.2 Language

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from a translated version of these Terms (if any), the English-language version shall be the authoritative and controlling text.

1.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to bd91's internal dispute resolution process. bd91 aims to resolve all player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. Players may contact the support team at [email protected] to initiate a formal dispute.

2. Account Registration

To access betting, casino games, deposits, and withdrawals on bd91, you must hold a registered player account. Account registration is free of charge.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on bd91, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of bd91 services.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on bd91 or any cooling-off period imposed by bd91.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, another person for the purposes of placing bets or using bd91 services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bd91. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or via different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where bd91 identifies that a player has opened duplicate accounts, all accounts will be suspended, all bonuses voided, and any balance attributable to bonus-funded activity may be forfeited. Genuine balances funded solely by the player's own deposits will be returned at bd91's discretion following a review.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bd91 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players will be required to submit identity verification documents — including a valid National ID card (NID) and a recent selfie — before withdrawing above applicable thresholds or where bd91's fraud detection systems flag a review requirement. Supported documents include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) and Bangladesh Passport. bd91 may request additional documentation at its discretion to satisfy identity, age, or source-of-funds verification requirements.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of a request being made will result in withdrawal suspension. bd91 will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by a delay attributable to a player's failure to provide requested documentation promptly.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bd91 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd91 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made by players.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

bd91 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals typically processed within 5 minutes
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals typically processed within 5 minutes
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — minimum deposit ৳500
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳500
• Visa and Mastercard — subject to card issuer transaction policies
• Selected local bank channels including City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank for eligible verified accounts

bd91 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes to available payment methods via email or platform notification.

3.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your bd91 account in real time or within a short processing period depending on the payment method used. bd91 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Some payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the player. Deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. bd91 will not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to verification. bd91 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing large withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification above applicable thresholds. Pending withdrawals may be reversed to the account balance in exceptional circumstances, including where a fraud review is initiated. bd91 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated for each payment method but cannot guarantee processing times where delays are attributable to third-party payment providers.

3.4 Refused Transactions

bd91 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, terms abuse, or where the transaction would breach applicable rules. Players whose transactions are refused will be notified and may contact support at [email protected] to request a review.

4. Bonus Policy

bd91 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of each offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a bd91 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the offer terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement must generate ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering on certain game types — such as live sports — may contribute differently to bonus wagering clearance; eligible game types and contribution rates will be specified in each offer.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts only. bd91 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion. A player may be excluded from a specific promotion without being excluded from the platform generally. Players who operate multiple accounts, abuse bonus terms, or engage in coordinated bonus exploitation across linked accounts will be disqualified from all current and future promotions and may have their accounts suspended.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the specific offer terms. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the stated expiry period will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

4.4 Promotional Changes

bd91 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the player's existing bonus balance will not be affected retroactively, provided there has been no breach of these Terms or the specific offer terms.

5. User Obligations

By registering and using a bd91 account, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at registration and keep your account details up to date at all times. If your mobile number, email address, or payment details change, you must update your account profile promptly.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your bd91 username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. Do not share login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which bd91 strongly recommends as a baseline security measure for all players.
• Use bd91 services for personal, recreational entertainment purposes only. Using bd91 for commercial purposes, on behalf of third parties, or as part of a professional betting syndicate is prohibited without prior written agreement from bd91.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh governing online gambling and financial transactions.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your bd91 account immediately to [email protected].
• Engage with bd91's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling behaviour may be becoming harmful.

6. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd91. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and bonuses, forfeiture of applicable balances, and may result in referral to relevant legal authorities:

6.1 Fraud and Deception

• Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund an account.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from an identified technical error are void and will not be paid.

6.2 Collusion and Cheating

• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker game formats to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using artificial intelligence, automated betting scripts, bots, or any form of software that interacts with bd91 on your behalf without prior written approval from bd91.
• Sharing login credentials with third parties to allow others to bet on your account.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

• Registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or new-player promotions more than once.
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit from a bonus ("bonus arbing") without genuine wagering intent.
• Any other pattern of play that bd91 reasonably determines to constitute systematic bonus exploitation rather than genuine recreational gambling.

6.4 Money Laundering

bd91 maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) controls in line with best practice for online gaming platforms. Players must not use bd91 for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity. bd91 monitors transaction patterns and will freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.

7. Account Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request permanent closure of your bd91 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". bd91 will process closure requests within two business days. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance from your account. Any bonus balance remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited. bd91 will retain your account data as required by its data retention policy, details of which are set out in the Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, bd91 offers a self-exclusion facility accessible from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from a defined period to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked from all activity including login, deposit, and play. 7.3 Closure by bd91

bd91 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• bd91 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of platform systems.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A player has provided false identity or payment information.
• bd91 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Where an account is closed by bd91 due to a player breach, bd91 reserves the right to withhold some or all balances pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by bd91 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any genuine real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

bd91 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure issues, or events beyond bd91's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. bd91 will not be liable for any losses, missed bets, or missed promotions arising from periods of unavailability caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.

8.2 Gambling Losses

bd91 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by players during normal use of the platform. All bets placed on bd91 carry an inherent financial risk, and players should only wager amounts they are prepared to lose. bd91's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion — are available to all players and should be used proactively to manage gambling spend. bd91 strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly. 18+ only.

8.3 Third-Party Services

bd91's platform integrates third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay). bd91 is not responsible for the actions, omissions, technical failures, or availability of these third-party services. Where a game malfunction or payment processing error is attributable to a third-party provider, bd91 will liaise with the provider on the player's behalf but cannot guarantee the outcome of any such process.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd91's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of bd91 services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

8.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bd91 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your fraudulent or illegal use of the platform, or any third-party claim arising from your conduct on bd91.
